Shipping

We offer the following shipping terms:

  • Ground Shipping - FREE (3-5 business days)
  • 2-Day - $25 (2 business days)
  • Overnight – $30 (1 business day)

Please note that orders are processed and shipped by each brand that you purchase from.

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days.

International Customers

International shipping is in the works! 

Please check back regularly or sign up for our newsletter so you don't miss out when we launch international shipping.  

Returns

Eligible items qualify for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing any parts will not be accepted.

Every item is checked prior to shipping and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

To complete your return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Returns
  2. Provide your Order Number, Email, Product Name, and indicate the reason for return
  3. Tap "Request Return"
  4. You will be emailed a prepaid mailing label within 12 hours.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 days.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

If you return more than $2500 in a 3-month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.
