Shipping

We offer the following shipping terms:

  • Ground Shipping - FREE (3-5 business days)
  • 2-Day - $25 (2 business days)
  • Overnight – $30 (1 business day)

Please note that orders are processed and shipped by each brand that you purchase from.

Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days.

International Customers 

We are excited to offer international shipping for select brands! Please check the “International Shipping” tab on each product. 

We have partnered with Border Guru who offers a seamless shipping and delivery process for our overseas customers. Just select Border Guru at checkout and you will see the shipping and customs / duties cost which is paid at checkout. Border Guru will handle all customs clearance for you. You will have access to transparent tracking from origination to your final destination and straight-to-door delivery.

What you pay at checkout is what you get; no surprise costs when your shipment is delivered! 

Please anticipate 4-12 business days for international shipping. 

All international sales are final. 

 

Returns

We offer guaranteed returns for eligible items if returned within 14 days of purchase. Prepaid labels are automatically emailed to you within 12 hours of request. Please see instructions below.

Please note that items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing any parts will not be accepted.

Every item is checked prior to shipping and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.

Sale items, made-to-order items and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless otherwise specified. 

To complete your return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Go to our Returns Center
  2. Provide your Order Number and Email
  3. Tap "Find Your Order"
  4. Provide your reason for return
  5. A prepaid mailing label will be sent to you within 12 hours.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 days.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

If you return more than $2500 in a 3-month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.
